Digital Mercenaries presents…
Friction Fridays Every Month the Finest in BASS Music!
To kick things off in 2012 We’ll be bringing you a diverse blend of BASS!!!
Mana_Fest-(DUBSAPIENS, Beltek Foundation)-
Starting in 1998 in Orlando, FL Tom Correy aka Mana_Fest was taught the ways of the wheels by his brother Tim Correy and was inspired by an array of Orlando’s Local artist’s. Born chasing after hundreds of house parties and no show slots. Mana_Fest Shappened his skills in the diminishing orlando club scene of the late 90′s. Never saying never Mana_fest continued to mix day in and day out.
Soon there after Moving to Maine in 2002, finding the only open tables in the mid coast area at the time, was Wild Rufus record store. There he met up with what later became Digital Emissions productions. Also at that point in time, he began Co Hosting The TrackLab with Rick Kidson aka Dj Psydways in Blue Hill, Maine.
Digital Emissions hosted a few parties in the following years, Cold Fusion, FlashPoint, and the Beltek Pre Parties. During this time, BelTekFoundation was born.
his sets range from the melodic progressive, to the nasty lemon faced bass! There is no set genre, no set boundries, just limitless creativity
currently he is producing his own new sound as well as collaborating with the Dubsapiens on their latest E.P.

DJ SarahLynn -
SarahLynn finesses her style like there’s no tomorrow…from the minute this girl steps to the decks to the minute the 1200′s power off, she ignites a bomb that knocks the crowd to the ground. With a huge musical background playing everything from the piano to trumpet; the not-so-rookie never misses a beat. DJing since 2002,…her sound has developed from 2-step/uk garage straight to drum ‘n’ bass. She started dabbling in Happy Hardcore when she acquired some old-school vinyl and found that mixing it came surprisingly natural to her. When asked why she refrains from using CD turntables and computers, she simply stated “I like the way the vinyl feels under my fingertips.” This girl stays true to the roots. With 3 dope mixes under her belt, (Constant Evolution, Rainbows vs. Rambo’s..and…Under Pressure) she always got some beats to hand out. So consider yourself warned next time you see this little girl drop that 1st plate….or you’ll get some serious ear-drum damage.

Law & Order (Marshall Law & Outta Order) -
Marshall Law has been a part of Portland’s diverse and plentiful electronic scene for over a decade now. Known for energy driven sets of Drum & Bass, Breaks, and most recently Dubstep. Over the past year his tastes and styles have really grown and come into their own. Joining Marshall behind the decks will be relative newcomer to the DJ world Outta Order. She’s no stranger to the scene and a natural when it came to learning to DJ. Together these two will take you on a journey through their favorite sounds in bass.
